It it isn’t obvious yet, the wealthiest people in the world are kind of running away with the whole situation. Most people in the world are poor. Peasants, actually perhaps. Nothing can in fact be done, but the world is actually changing for the better, even though it doesn’t feel that way.
Elon Musk Is Worth $400 billion
This should tell you something. Financialization has gotten out of hand. If you’re the owner of a company, your assets have immense value. Small business owners, savers, small landlords and even homeowners suffer the most. The people at the top are raking in big money, and the rest of us are suffering.
People in poor countries are being forced to work
We have no choice. Farming is being consolidated, as people around the world begin to like the same foods. Agriculture also isn’t feasible in a lot of big cities. A lot of people have no choice but to feed the proverbial machine. This means the people at the top get richer. This is great because living standards keep improving.
Wage growth is slow and peicemeal
A lot countries are becoming quite developed. Everywhere around the world, you can find large areas with office buildings, fancy cars, and nice restaurants. But oftentimes, this doesn’t represent the day to day life of the average citizen. In a lot of the world, the average citizen can’t afford much of anything.
People in wealthy countries are giving up
This seems to happen more with men than women. But around the world, once living standards reach a certain level, people start to give up on life. It’s like they realize they have enough to survive, but can’t make it. The fact that people in wealthy countries are giving up means massive power vacuums.
Prices will stay high
This is because certain assetts will simply have too much long term value, and they will be monopolies. No one who owns stock and lives in a 1st world country will really want to sell. Not if they’re smart. People will also be reluctant to sell lend. Oftentimes it’ll be what they live on. Those making attempts at wealth creation
Attatch Yourself to an Asset
This is pretty much the way to go in an overleveraged world. If you can find the right type of assett and become intimately familiar with them, you can ride a wave to the moon. The easiest waves to ride in the past were US and Chinese real estate. Being involved in these two industries has historically been money printers. If you can find an industry like that, you should find a bouyant market to push you to your financial goals. Just make sure to stay ahead of the curve. Right now, a lot of innovations are occuring. You don’t want to become obsolete.
Own your own business
Owning your own business not only forces you to get smarter. It forces you to become a hard worker and wake up to the economic realities that face us all. If you own your own business and are slacking off, you are truly moronic. Starting and running your own business forces you to be smarter than most people. You won’t regret doing it, provided you do it properly.
Hard work has exponential rewards over time
The more you work, the easier it becomes to win at life. That’s just how it goes. The way things stand, we can expect the global marketplace to remain competitive until around 2050. But the global economy is growing. Those who are able to push their way to the top will experience “supernormal” profits. The harder you work, the greater the rewards. You just overestimate what can be done in 1-2 years.
Build location independent income
This is the most important thing you can do to guarantee your income. The internet is going to keep growing as a percentage of GDP. Prices in the developed world are also likely to keep rising. Building location independent income and building in a developing country are a way to basically guarantee that you’ll have freedom in the future.
Move
If you can move to an area that isn’t so densely populated, you’re going to be able to live a great life. Right now, the digital age is upon us, and most people are stuck in one place. Those who build online and move locations are bound to experience the best of everything.
Wait to have kids
If you’re a man, you definitely want to wait till your early 30s to have kids. This way, you can spend a lot of your 20s grinding. You don’t want to wait forever to have kids, but rushing to have them isn’t the move. Get some money under you first.
Live in a fiscally responsible country
Generally speaking, a fiscally responsible location is going to be better than one that doesn’t attempt to regulate its spending. Beware of countries with a high national debt. Beware of countries that don’t spend a lot on innovation. As soon as you can go somewhere that fosters talent, you should. Don’t sacrifice your life to live in a failing state.
Success will become easier over time
As the global workweek decreases, it’s going to become easier and easier to suceed. People in both wealthy and poor countries will work fewer and fewer hours. This will give you the space you need to dominate your industry. Right now is the best time ever to be building a business in a poor country. Things will only get easier, and your competitive advantage will only widen.

And this is the major paradox of life. Each passing year, money matters less and less. You need to be aware of this as you make decisions. Don’t waste your whole life trying to get rich for its own sake. You’ll definitely regret it. Money is a tool designed to help you achieve your goals. Nothing more, nothing less.
Push yourself into the top group
You can always go backward later in life. But get to the top first. That’s where most of the added value is nowadays, regardless. Work hard so that you can live differently from the rest.
You will need to sacrifice
To live your best life, the one of your dreams, you’re going to need to sacrifice a lot of stuff. Time, energy, friendships, fun nights out. But generally speaking, it’s all worthwhile. Doing what it takes to get to the top is worthwhile.
The gap between the haves and have nots is widening, but its easier than ever to become a have. You just need to dedicate yourself, take calculated risks, and stay consistent. Being a have not is hard. But it’s important if you’re trying to build a footprint in a country. You’ll know what it’s like to survive with little, along with just how hard you need to work in order to stay competitive. Embrace it, and create a life of abundance for yourself. Take advantage of all the technology in the world. Don’t waste time griping about who has what. Focus instead on creating more. Leave the protesting to the masses.
