Turn Your Pain into Money with Writing

I’ve written damn-near 200 articles for this blog. Not all of them are live, but I have a deep queue of over 120 finished or half-finished articles in my “bank”. There’s more on my laptop. Most of the articles I’ve written have shown that they have the potential to drive traffic. But we’ll have to wait and see just how well they do. The cool thing about having written this much, is that it’s almost guaranteed to be profitable. I have a lot of articles out, and it’s hard for a blog with this much content not to get a decent bit of traction as time goes on. I’m able to break 1,000 pageviews when I write steadily, and my domain name is a little over two months old. The future is looking bright in terms of traffic.

One of my best performing articles so far is entitled “No One Cares: The Truth For Men”. In it, I’m a little dramatic, and talk about how men’s mental health and sense of community can be lacking western countries. A lot of people agreed with what I had to say, a few women sympathized, and other people accused me of whining. I don’t care much what people think, because it got me traffic. The article earned me about 1,500 views in its first two months, and it’s already starting to get impressions on Google, according to my search console. It seems like it was a hit and should be making me money long into the future.

Some of the most engaging pieces of writing are really intense and dramatic. Even clean and wholesome romance novels are intense: the character’s lives are intensely normal and “chill”. When it comes to thrillers, fantasy, and mysteries, things can get pretty over the top. People live wild lives, they escape crazy situations and die dramatic deaths. Self-improvement blogs allow you to turn your pain and failings into writing. When you are able to put the solutions to your problems into writing, you’re able to help others with the same problems. If you can solve a lot of problems, you should be able to garner a big audience and get a lot of traffic. If you can sell a product while maintaining the trust of your audience, you should be able make more money than you could ever imagine.

You can also use writing to turn your pain into money by writing your own video scripts. Video scripts need to be read out, but their contents make up half or more of the value of the videos in which they’re used. If you can talk about your struggles or offer solutions to your problem on YouTube and TikTok, you might be able to get an even larger and more dedicated audience than what any blogger could hope for. It helps a lot if you’re attractive and working in the beauty or political niches. But writing great video scripts can be highly lucrative if you express yourself properly and render it such that people really “feel you”.

Writing books isn’t for the faint of heart, but they are a great way to earn some money by writing about your struggles. Books don’t make a lot of money, but the income you earn from them is extremely stable. You probably need another income source set up beforehand though.

We all struggle in life. It doesn’t matter who you are. It’s almost certain that something of note has happened to you. Writing about your pain is an easy way to collect money in exchange for your suffering. You’ll have fun, you’ll help others, and you’ll get paid. This makes for a win, win, win situation, as far as I’m concerned.

Thanks for paying attention.
